Poster & Presentation Support Guide: Campus-Approved Printing Vendors

The University has implemented more stringent requirements for printing anything with a campus logo on it including academic posters. Additionally, any poster that will be paid for with university funds must go through Print Services first.

• UTSW Print Services – On-campus print services prints posters. Email Printing.Services@utsouthwestern.edu or call 214-648-6189 for scheduling information.

The following resources are now logo-approved vendors for printing for individuals paying for their own posters:

• UTSW Simmons Cancer Center prints posters on paper and canvas, and campus IDR billing is available. Contact Kathy Holloway for scheduling, availability, and pricing. This service is intended for Cancer Center member PIs and labs only
• UTSW Internal Medicine Poster Printing - This service is restricted to Internal Medicine departmental division affiliates.
