Welcome to the Library's Clinical Nutrition Guide – your gateway to Library resources and information to support students and faculty at UT Southwestern's School of Health Professions. The resources on this guide will support both the Master of Clinical Nutrition - Coordinated Program and the Master of Clinical Nutrition - Nutrition Science program.

    A USDA-sponsored website that offers credible information to help consumers make healthful eating choices. It serves as a gateway to reliable information on nutrition, healthy eating, physical activity, and food safety for consumers.
  • Food and Nutrition Information Center (FNIC)
    FNIC provides information about food and human nutrition for the professional community as described in the Food and Agriculture Act of 1977 (Farm Bill).
  • HealthyEating.org
    HealthyEating.org, a website by Dairy Council of California, is committed to elevating the health of children and families through the pursuit of lifelong healthy eating habits.
  • Tufts University Health & Nutrition Letter
    Tufts University Health & Nutrition Letter is a lifestyle guide to achieving better health written for consumers.
  • Food Research & Action Center
    FRAC aims to improve the nutrition, health, and well-being of people struggling against poverty-related hunger in the United States through advocacy, partnerships, and by advancing policy solutions.
  • Center for Nutrition Policy and Promotion (CNPP)
    The FNS Center for Nutrition Policy and Promotion works to improve the health and well-being of Americans by developing and promoting dietary guidance that links scientific research to the nutrition needs of consumers.
  • Coordinated Approach to Child Health (CATCH)
    CATCH promotes physical activity and healthy food choices for children from preschool through eighth grade and offers additional modules in sun safety and e-cigarette prevention.
