To register for the first time, use the blue button above to log-in through EZProxy and click on register at the top right corner.
To re-verify, use the blue button above to log-in to EZProxy and sign into your UpToDate Account to authenticate.
If you plan to access UpToDate from a device using campus WI-FI, you will need to register for a free UpToDate account using one of the following methods:
UpToDate through EPIC
UpToDate through EZProxy (i.e. any non-UTSW Wi-Fi connection)
UpToDate through VPN or Citrix
On-Campus wired workstation
IMPORTANT: UpToDate requires that personal accounts created through the UT Southwestern subscription be re-verified every 90 days using one of the methods listed above.
