Note: Access to the app is available for users at institutions with an unlimited site license. For download and continued access to the app, users must have an active My Access account and sign in every 90 days from either on-campus computers/devices or through VPN.

IMPORTANT: UT Southwestern faculty, staff, students, and residents may register for a personal account from computers within the UT Southwestern IP address ranges; any email address may be used to create the account as long as an on-campus computer is used the first time. UT Southwestern's BoardVitals institutional subscription does NOT include CME credit. Individuals need to purchase CME credit separately.

A personal ClinicalKey account is required to use the app. To register, go to www.ClinicalKey.com and click Register in the top right corner. Using the email address associated with your institution, fill in the required information on the registration page. Click Register when finished. You will receive a confirmation email, so click the link to officially start your remote access. (Remote access is granted for 180 days. Prior to the end of the 180 days, you will need to login to your ClinicalKey account from an on-campus computer to extend access for another 180 days.)

A "My STAT!Ref" account is required to use the app. To register, go to STAT!Ref and click "My STAT!Ref" in the top right corner. Using the email address associated with your institution, fill in the required information and select the "No, I want to create a My STAT!Ref account" option. Click the "Log In/Create Account" button when ready. After setting up the account, you must activate the "Temporary Login Account", which enables your My STAT!Ref username and password to log you in through the the app. PLEASE NOTE: My STAT!Ref and Temporary Login Accounts can only be created, activated, and renewed while you are officially logged in to STAT!Ref from on-campus; it cannot be done through or while logged in from the app.
